Measure the circumference of your flat hand around the widest part of yourpalm(not including the thumb).
Our gloves are generally snug-fitting.if you prefer a loose fitting gloves or you are in-between sizes, we recommend you select larger than your usually wear.

A: Gloves are not bulky, easy to text and wear them. Works nicely to use my phone while wearing gloves
Q: Should they be put in the washing machine or washed by hand?
A: You can wash it by hand or put it in the washing machine with the clothes, but don't wash it violently.
Q: Can these work well with smartphones?
A: Yes. With its tech-friendly feature, you are able to use your phone even with the gloves on.
Q: How does the touch screen gloves work?
A: It works great! You can freely text and type with these gloves. Shipping:
We deliver your goods by commercial courier. Once your order is processed and shipped, you can expect your package to arrive within 10-15 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your package. Please be aware that we charge a shipping fee of $7.99 if the total order amount is less than $79. Orders totaling $79 or more will receive free shipping.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. To track your order, simply click on the Track Order link in the email. However, please note that tracking updates may experience delays due to circumstances such as severe weather, strikes, or peak season delays. Delivery:
The delivery time frame includes both order processing and shipping time. For example, if you order a coat, it will take 1-3 business days for processing and an additional 10-15 business days for shipping, meaning you can expect your order to arrive within 11-18 business days in total.
Our system will automatically select the most suitable delivery logistics based on factors like the sales platform, product size, and weight. If your order includes a PO Box address, the system will check if the selected delivery logistics can deliver to a PO Box. If not, we will contact customer support to either update your address or cancel the order.
Important Note:
Our orders only include the product price and shipping fees. Customers are not required to pay any additional import fees, duties, or VAT (Value Added Tax).

Return & Refund Policy
Zoniyo Return Policy
Zoniyo offers a 30-day return or exchange policy from the delivery date for most products. Customers are responsible for contacting their nearest post office to arrange for return shipping or to drop off the item(s). The refund for shipping costs will be determined based on the reason for the return. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is due to customer preference, the shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
If a customer receives incorrect or damaged items, they should contact customer service immediately with clear photos of the items. The Zoniyo team will assist with a replacement or refund, depending on the specific situation. Customers must contact Zoniyo for the return address before sending back any products.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Eligible Reasons for Return or Refund
Customers are eligible for a return or refund under the following circumstances:

- Disliking the item(s) (Note: For returns due to customer remorse, Zoniyo will not reimburse the return shipping costs).
To facilitate the return process, customers must contact customer service with the following information:

- SKU number/product name
- Reason for return
Zoniyo’s customer service team will respond within 24 business hours. Customers will need to provide a return tracking number and valid return receipt. Once the returned items are received by Zoniyo, a refund or exchange will be processed.
Return Shipping Instructions
- Do not send your return package to the sender's address listed on the package. You must use the return address provided by Zoniyo’s customer service team.
- Ensure no non-Zoniyo items are included in the return package.
- Keep proof of the tracking number when returning the package, as Zoniyo is not responsible for any lost or stolen return shipments.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process, depending on the payment provider’s processing times.
Special Cases
- Damaged or defective items: If the damage or defect is caused by Zoniyo’s production or during shipping, we will offer a full refund.
- Order cancellation: If an order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before shipping, the customer will receive a full refund.
- Lost parcels: If a parcel is lost in transit, Zoniyo will issue a full refund. If the customer provides an updated address, they will be responsible for reshipment costs. Customers who provide an incorrect address and fail to contact Zoniyo for an address change will be responsible for any losses.
- Used or stained items: Returns with visible use, makeup, animal hair, deodorant, perfume, or similar stains may not be refunded.
Return Labels
- For defective products: A return label will be included in the package if the product is incorrect or damaged by the carrier.
